Not financial advice
Every number on this site is a real-time measurement of the gap between what a token shouldbe worth (intrinsic, derived from on-chain accounts or oracle redemption rates) and what someone is actually paying for it (market, from Jupiter or DexScreener). These measurements are useful inputs to your own analysis, not signals to buy or sell. We don't hold a position in any of the monitored assets and we don't want one. See the methodology page for the arithmetic.
No warranty
The data can be wrong. An indexer can miss a publish, an oracle can publish a stale price, an RPC can return out-of-date account state. We do our best to flag that. The engine refuses Pyth readings older than its staleness window, the API surfaces an updated_at timestamp on every asset, and the bot annotates each alert with the confidence label the snapshot was emitted under. But we make no representation that any single number is correct at the instant you look at it. Verify before acting.
API + rate limits
The public API at api.pegana.xyzis open and unauthenticated. We rate-limit by IP to keep it healthy. If you want a higher quota, email the address at the bottom. We'll probably say yes if your use case is benign.
Paid MCP tools
Paid MCP tools use x402 payment in USDC on Solana mainnet. You are responsible for all Solana network fees. Payment is final after on-chain confirmation, except that refunds are available for duplicate charges or when payment was accepted without a tool result. Submit refund requests within 30 days to rafael@pegana.xyz. Paid results carry no warranties and are informational only, not financial advice.
Telegram bot (@PeganaWatchBot)
Subscribing to alerts via the bot is voluntary. We deliver one notification per state-change event per asset you subscribe to, deduplicated so a flapping asset doesn't spam you. We do NOT promise that every depeg will be alerted in real time. Delivery can lag during an incident or Telegram outage. Don't use it as your only signal for time-sensitive positions.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the API in a way that degrades it for others. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits. Don't use the bot to spam other users. Don't mirror the service under a different brand without attribution. If you build something on top of the API, a credit link is appreciated but not required.
Sanctions
Users must not be located in sanctioned jurisdictions. Pegana may reject requests from sanctioned addresses.
Suspension
Pegana may suspend accounts, reject MCP requests, block addresses, or disable webhooks for abuse, sanctions risk, or operational protection.
Source code + license
Pegana's deterministic methodology, verification types, and the Replay CLI are open source under MIT. The rest of the platform (indexer, engine, API, web console, bot, and MCP server) is not open source and is not available for self-hosting. The brand and logo (the Pegana wordmark) are not licensed under MIT.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegana and its operator aren't liable for trading losses, missed alerts, downtime, or any consequential damage from using the service. If you can't accept that, please don't use it.
Changes + contact
